Identica creates new identity for GoSeeDo
Identica have created a brand new identity for Attraction World’s brand new consumer facing brand, GoSeeDo.
The service is targeting at consumers who are tech-savvy and who like to shop around for the best deals (middle to high-income families – parents with children aged 5-16).
Identica worked on strategy, naming, tagline and brand & visual language. The design concept had to inspire trust in the brand, as consumers are often reluctant to book tickets to attractions in advance of travel. The brand name is a call to action, encouraging people to research and book attractions and to have something to look forward to. The tagline, ‘Your ticket to unmissable experiences’, supports the deal and booking in advance aspects of the service.
Key to the success of the design execution was that it had to translate across, web pages, prints ads and outdoor media. The logo design took it’s inspiration from the traditional ticket stub and the colour palette moves away colour cues used by the competitive set, (predominantly blue and orange), creating stand-out and easy navigation through fun colour and simplicity in a cluttered category.
Commenting on the work, Sam Stone, Identica Creative Director said:
“This was a great project to work on. Our idea was a collection of ticket stubs representative of the differing experiences and kept memories of a great time had. We wanted to create a mark that supported the new name by being friendly, accessible and fun. Our ambition with the name was to create a call to action to communicate the idea that there is a world out there to explore.”
