Daisy studied Italian and Design in London and Milan before starting her career in London. Since then, she has gained over 15 years experience working in branding and communications. Before becoming Managing Director Daisy’s background was in client services, building powerful relationships with clients by quickly getting to grips with their business challenges and working with the strategy and creative teams to deliver creative solutions that breakthrough the noise and create competitive advantage.

As Managing Director Daisy heads up the agency ensuring we are valuable partners to our clients and our creative surpasses their expectations, both in execution and in its impact in the world.

Having graduated with a BA in Architectural Design in 1999, Wybe relocated from his native country, the Netherlands, to London. Initially starting as an interior architect, he eventually found his metier in the management side of agency life. Wybe has worked at top London agencies including: Fitch, Brandhouse and Pearlfisher, before joining WMH&I in 2008. As WMH&I's Director of Growth, Wybe identifies key growth areas and finds new and developing existing pillar clients, such as Castrol, Pernod Ricard and HONOR.

Wybe is also board director of BRANDED, the parent company of WMH&I, and he is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.

Responsible for all creative output at WMH&I, Mark ensures the work matches the needs of a brief and the highest creative standard. He has a proven track record in exceptional award-winning work for the likes of Castrol, Pernod Ricard and ONE. Mark is trained as a multi-disciplined designer in identity, motion graphics and web design through to packaging. He joined WMH&I as a graduate, worked at leading agencies such as Taxi Studio and Jack Renwick, before returning home to WMH&I as Creative Director. He has been recognised for his work by various awards, including Transform, Design Week and Fresh.

Mark is also visiting lecturer at Norwich University of the Arts where he graduated with a first-class honours in Graphic Design in 2008.

Ben, with a degree in marketing and languages from Glasgow and Marseilles, brings over 20 years of expertise to WMH&I as a brand and marketing strategist. His experience includes transformative projects and integrated campaigns for a diverse range of sectors, including consumer, B2B, fintech, and entertainment, with notable brands like P&G, BT, GSK, and the British Heart Foundation. His career spans leading UK agencies like Grey Worldwide and AMV BBDO, and a stint at the BBC. As our Strategy Director, Ben not only steers client strategies but also mentors our growing strategy team.

And interestingly, Ben has green fingers as he pursues garden designing in his free time.

Emmanuelle has over 20 years experience in client services and business strategy, earning a reputation as a champion of creativity that grows brands, transforms clients’ businesses, reframes categories – and wins awards. She began her career in advertising, at agencies including Lowe Lintas and Havas, before joining WMH&I as Account Director in 2014, working on brands as varied as Lamb Weston, Pernod Ricard and Fortnum & Mason.
