CHALLENGE
Online florist Serenata is loved both for the freshness of its blooms and for its high service standards and reliability – but in an increasingly competitive market, Serenata’s presentation needed some love and care.

INSIGHT
Giving and receiving flowers is a true pleasure. Identica wanted to ensure we magnified that pleasure across the entire customer journey, especially emphasizing the high quality and freshness of Serenata’s blooms, and the individual beauty of its various bouquets.

SOLUTION
We developed a new brand positioning and identity for Serenata that celebrated the happiness of giving and receiving perfectly fresh flowers. We developed new packaging for the brand, including a new letterbox format to allow for contactless delivery, whether the receiver is home or not. We created a campaign to communicate the letterbox offer and the delight in receiving such beautifully presented flowers. We also developed an identity for their subscription offer, together with imagery, film and animation to bring this to life in a compelling and differentiated way that really celebrated the brand’s promise of delivering happiness, time and again.
